LFX - Explosion-proof

Introduction

The LFX Series explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures are designed for use in virtually any hazardous location. Typical applications for these two and four lamp explosion-proof fixtures include chemical plants, drilling rigs, refineries, and paint spray booths. The Biax model offers more than double the light output of standard two lamp, 40 watt fixtures.

Construction

Light weight, corrosion resistant, copper free aluminum housing
Heavy gauge aluminum hood to maximize downlight reflectance
Tempered borosilicate glass tubes provide lamps maximum protection from heat and impact
Threaded screw type end caps feature O-ring gaskets
Neoprene O-Ring gasket protects ballast and wiring
