Intrigue Lighting, LLC. Purchases Intrigue Series
On Friday, September 16th, Phoenix Products Company, Inc. sold its Intrigue brand product line to Intrigue Lighting, LLC.
The move will allow Phoenix Products to strengthen its focus on its core markets and on development of its rapidly expanding LED product line. Phoenix will retain its line of architectural floodlights.
The owners of Intrigue Lighting, both former employees of Phoenix Products, have years of experience with the company and a strong knowledge of its products, manufacturing processes, order processing, and distribution partners, including representative agencies.
For the near term, production of the Intrigue brand fixtures will remain here at Phoenix Products, using the same machines, processes, and materials. Production processes will be gradually transitioned to facilities owned by Intrigue Lighting over a period of several months. During this time, we will work closely with the new owners to ensure continuity in product quality and service to Intrigue customers.
Intrigue product can be ordered by contacting Phoenix Products as usual, though orders will be routed through and acknowledged by Intrigue Lighting. Active quotations will be honored until their expiration date and product pricing will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future. Intrigue product orders already received by Phoenix will be fulfilled as usual, except documentation and labels will reflect the new ownership. Phoenix Products can be considered the contact for Intrigue product sales until October 16, 2011. Beginning October 16th all quotation requests, inquiries, and other sales-related contact should be directed to Intrigue Lighting. The new owners indicate that they plan to continue selling Intrigue product through the same representation network Phoenix Products had in place.
